SEPTEMBER 26, 1999 UPDATE

    The parties met on Sunday, September 26th to discuss the remaining open issues. Progress was difficult and the parties will meet again on Tuesday, September 28th at 1:00 PM. There will be a General Chapter Meeting on Tuesday, September 28th, 11:30 am, Science Hall Room 102. Please make every effort to be there.
