July 13th Negotiating Update  
    The parties met on July 13th and discussed Grievance and Arbitration, Intellectual Property Rights, Evaluations and Department Chairpersons. The parties were able to come to an agreement on Evaluations.  In addition, there was a frank and thorough discussion on the issues surrounding intellectual property rights.  We are encouraged that we will be able to resolve any differences.  The parties will meet again on July 20th and Athletics will be on the agenda.
