July 6th Negotiating Update

    The parties met on July 6th and discussed Intellectual Property, Evaluations,  Grievance and Arbitration, Adjuncts and Appointments.  We were able to reach agreement on most of the issues in these articles except as they related to workload.  The parties will meet again on July 13th and discuss General Working Conditions, Governance and Department Chairpersons.
